whats up errybaadi! my band The Point just hit the ground recently, we just finished up our demo, which is online, check the link below. we play a brand of reggae that the great brad nowell intended it to be played.
im sure some of you have seen my post in the general threads but just wanted to plug my band here too. we dont have mommy and daddy paying for our equipment or any money behind us, we all work fulltime, go to school fulltime and have shitty equipment and we WANT it that way. we want to be the grimey dirty hardworking band in the scene that EARNS their right to boast what theyve accomplished. check out the sounds, theyre rough as hell cuz we recorded the trax in a garage, to a metronome and did in the WRONG order (guitars, bass, vocals, then drums lol)so theres hiccups and the level of production of low but not too fuckin bad for a demo! we are gunna be playing a lot locally and hopefully getting linked up with some bigger bands just for the summer appraoching! we are stoked on this project, its all weve ever wanted to do so we are putting everything we have into this. hope ya enjoy!!
