Lettuce Perform “Ready To Live” for Jam In The Van

Funk masters Lettuce teamed up with Jam In The Van for a rad rendition of “Ready To Live” from their 2019 album “Elevate”.

Lettuce‘s  Jam In The Van “Ready to Live” is from the band’s Grammy-nominated album “Elevate”. The album was up for Best Contemporary Instrumental Album. Parked in New Orleans during Jazz Fest, Jam in the Van invited Lettuce to hop in and cut this funky track off their latest album.

Jam in the Van is a multimedia event and production company. With a focus in live music and comedy. Their flagship series “Jam in the Van” follows their mobile solar powered recording studio across the country. Parking backstage at music festivals and capturing one-of-a-kind intimate performances with bands inside their colorful RV. The company has filed over 2,000 bands in remote locations across the United States. Dropping new content every day and new sessions three times a week: Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.

The GRAMMY-nominated sextet of Lettuce—Adam Deitch (drums), Ryan Zoidis (saxophone), Adam ‘Shmeeans’ Smirnoff (guitar), Erick ‘Jesus’ Coomes (bass), Nigel Hall (keyboards/vocals), Eric ‘Benny’ Bloom (trumpet)— are currently celebrating their 30th anniversary.
