Fresh off the release of their 12th full-length studio album Mosaic and still reeling from their Unity Tour, 311 is keeping to tradition ensuring the party never stops. The band announced that 311 Day 2018 will return to Las Vegas, NV at the Park Theater Monte Carlo for two special shows on March 10 and March 11.
The most recent and eighth edition of 311 Day in 2016 was held in New Orleans, bringing fan attendance from all 50 states and 13 different countries. With sold out crowds every year, fans are urged to acquire their tickets as soon as possible given the anticipated tight 
window of ticket availability. There are a few pieces still coming together, but most of the logistics for the two-night concert have been revealed.
Park Theater at Monte Carlo will host the event — a brand new state-of-the-art 5,700 capacity venue. 311 mentioned that the capacity is about half of the size of the previous sold out shows, offering an intimate and more immersive 311 Day show for those fans fortunate enough to get their hands on tickets. 311 Day had been held in Las Vegas previously in 2010 and 2012, however each year has featured a new venue (previously the Mandalay Bay Events Center and MGM Grand Arena). Park Theater is also said to have epic sound and light production capabilities, which will of course be mandated and pair nicely with the performance.
311 Day is unlike any concert experience fans have ever seen. Traditionally, the band offers the event on an every-other-year basis. 311 Day 2000 kicked off the tradition in New Orleans, and each year continues to be bigger than the last. Previous events have included special musical guests, laser shows, a full orchestra, jazz-bands and various onstage collaborations, performances of B-sides and rarities and so much more.
