There has been a lot of talk lately about all the shows down in Florida. Well, the Reggae hotbed has one last treat for the lucky Florida fans! To end Summer and usher in Fall, two of the season’s biggest tours will converge on the Saturday of Labor Day Weekend.
The two tours will intersect creating a massive concert that features Matisyahu, Sublime 
with Rome, Dirty Heads, Cypress Hill, and Pepper!. And according to the flyer, it’s apparently sponsored by Bud Light.
Yes! You read that correctly! On Saturday, September 1st, The SWR Summer Tour will join forces with the co-headlining Matisyahu, Dirty Heads Summer Tour. With five killer groups performing, and gates set to open at 2pm, this is sure to be more of a “day festival” than just a show!
Coincidently the two tours will be in Florida at the same time and both had the day off on the 1st! Fortunately, Tampa Bay’s 97X was able to organize the event, to allow thousands of fans to celebrate the holiday, Reggae stylee.
As always, fans can count on The Pier to be out there covering all the action!
