There’s a brand new Compilation, the second in it’s volume, with the Ghetto Youth’s Set Up Shop Featuring Damian “Jr. Gong” Marley, Stephen “Ragga” Marley, Julian Marley, Jo Mersa, Christopher Ellis, Wayne Marshall, Black-Am-I, Cham and more
Ghetto Youths International is the record label owned & operated by Bob Marley’s sons with Damian, Julian & Stephen. On Dec 23rd, 2014, They will release their new 15 track compilation album that follows the Feb 2013 release of the first volume, which peaked #1 on the U.S. Billboard Reggae Album chart.
Set Up Shop Vol. 2 was primarily produced by the Grammy-winning brothers, Stephen & Damian Marley. It’s a compilation of new material courtesy of Jo Mersa, Black-Am-I, Christopher Ellis, Wayne Marshall along with dancehall artist Cham.
The compilation’s lead single & Damian Marley’s “Is It Worth It? (Gunman World),” which contemplates a killer’s conscience, will be accompanied by short film music video directed by acclaimed visionary Nabil Elderkin (Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, Frank Ocean, Bon Iver and Seal). Set in Morocco, actor Saai Taghmaoui (American Hustle, La Haine and Three Kings) takes on the role of a hitman-for-hire in Elderkin’s latest visual opus.
As of Tues Dec 9th, fans will be able to pre-order the new compilation album and when they do, they will receive a FREE download of the first single off the release with “Is It Worth It? (Gunman World)” by Damian Marley. Check the track listing, links & videos below…
