“Livin’ It” captures Stick Figure frontman Scott Woodruff Livin’ It in a sea of hands as captured on August 10th, 2018 in Lewiston, NY while on the 2018 Schools Out for Summer Tour with Pepper & Slightly Stoopid.
The friendship and synergy between these three bands was on full display that summer as they toured the country, performing classic hits in city after city while making guest appearances throughout each-others sets. The majority of the tour was completely sold out as fans knew that this particular line-up was both special in it’s music and chemistry.
In The Barrel Photo captured much of the tour and on August 10th, 2018, he caught an epic shot of Scott Woodruff laying among a bed of fans. Keith Zarcharski of In The Barrel Photo tells The Pier:
“On the Schools Out For Summer 2018 tour, Slightly Stoopid would close the night out with a “No Cocaine” encore featuring the Stick Figure boys. As the tour evolved and if the vibe was right, Scott and KBong would hop into the crowd for a surf after their verse.
Around mid-way through the tour, I knew I wanted to be in the pit for this part of the song and fish for some action surf shots.
This shot was taken on the last week of the tour in Lewiston, NY 8.10.2018. By this time, we were pretty locked in and Scott knew where to find me!”
As of this writing, there are limited edition prints of this iconic shot inside a 16″x24″ frame. You can purchase this exclusively inside The Pier Store by clicking HERE!
