As if releasing a new single and music video ahead of their new album wasn’t enough, Iration just announced a massive summer tour. To the delight of their nationwide fan base, the band will be hitting up venues from east to west and everything in between. Not only is this tour a nonstop sprint of concerts for the guys, but they’re joined by some big names.
Kicking off the tour with them is Sublime with Rome, who will join in on several of the West coast shows such as the Del Mar Summer Concert Series and the famed Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado. In early July, the band will be playing with Steel Pulse at the OC Fair.
Even more exciting to fans may be the announcement that Through the Roots, Fortunate Youth, and Micah Brown will be joining Iration for a huge portion of the tour, making a killer reggae experience. For over twenty shows together, this bunch of talent has plenty of promise for a memorable concert.

Recently, Micah Brown joined Iration on stage at their first collaborative live show in Vegas. His presence with the band will be something fans can look forward to for the summer, stepping in as an added guitar and vocal talent.
The band’s recent release of their single “Automatic” has been received well by fans in the anticipation of their full album release on July 2. To get fans excited about the album, they released a brand new music video for the title track that gives fans a personal look at footage of the band on the road. The album, also titled Automatic, is the band’s third LP and pushes their musical boundaries even farther than before.

For the album bass player Adam Taylor described the band’s concept, “…On this record, we wanted a part of it to be rock influenced, because we had a #1 song on 91x in San Diego for 11-weeks with ‘Turn Around’. KROQ wanted to pick it up, but felt it was a little too reggae. They were looking for something with a little bit more of a rock element. After we met Lincoln Parish from Cage the Elephant, we lived in a house together for a month and wrote together. We recorded six songs with him producing and playing, as well. Those six had a bit more of a rock element, the remainder of the album I’d say has more of that ‘Time Bomb’ style, that our fans are more familiar with.”
