I wonder what he is smoking? I don’t think it escapes anyone that weed is legal in Colorado — especially not rock-reggae fans. But, I think the outside world has made a bigger deal out of it than we do. Medical weed has been legal in Colorado for at least a decade. I mean, you can drop off your kid at daycare and get an eighth, all by walking across the street. Anyway, I digress. For this shot, I stepped outside into the “smoker section.” This dude looked pretty rough. You can’t see it, but he had a wicked black eye.
