21 years ago today, Long Beach Dub Allstars released Wonders of the World, which was their 2nd album before the split of the original LBDA in 2002, with members Opie Ortiz, Ras 1, Tim Wu, Jack Maness, Marshall Goodman, Bud Guagh, and Eric Wilson. The album features artists such as will.i.am of The Black Eyed Peas, Half-Pint, Ives of Delinquent Habits, Chali 2na, Tippa Irie, Paulie Selekta of the Burn Unit, and I-Man of Capitol Eye. A fun fact about this album is that the second track on the album, “Sunny Hours” was used as the theme song to the Friends’ spin-off sitcom, Joey.
