Cisco Adler – “Boom Boom Boom” (Feat. Don Carlos G-Eazy, and Slightly Stoopid’s Kyle McDonald)
“Boom Boom Boom” Background:
Cisco Adler’s new album Aloha, will feature 13 songs, and as Adler puts it, it is, “like the second chapter, [it] is a little more retrospective of the summer you just spent. It’s pop with a lot of reggae and mixed up with rock and hip-hop. It’s everything I love.”
The album will be digitally released on October 23rd via his own Bananabeat Records. After producing and engineering Aloha on his own last year, Adler teamed up with Shane Stoner for mixing during a six month period following the digital-only release of his six-song summer EP. The collage illuminated with shades of pop, rock, reggae, and hip-hop all hyped up with a signature Island sound, sporting everything Adler grew up with in Maui and Malibu. Also on the co-production lineup was high-caliber Jim Jonsin (Beyonce, Kanye West, Lil Wayne), and Jeff Wooten, formerly with The Gorillaz.
Aloha features guest vocalists such as one of Adler’s truest inspirations G.Love (from G.Love & The Special Sauce) as well as the legend Don Carlos, G-Eazy, and Mod Son. Furthermore, Adler invited guest musicians to do what they do best, including North Mississippi Allstars’ Cody and Luther Dickinson, Kyle McDonald from Slightly Stoopid, and guitar artiste Josh Randy.
When The Pier asked Adler about the song “Boom Boom Boom”, Adler shared, “This song came together in a magical way. I think the grouping of newcomer G-Eazy, reggae legend Don Carlos, and myself is truly weird and wonderful, and an example of the diversity of the Bananabeat musical family.”

Cisco Adler Bio/Background:

Adler made a name for himself by producing light hearted, island-infused songs about the good things in life—like Corona and Lime. He began his career as the front man of Whitestarr, and later teamed up with hip-hop artist Shwayze to release summer jams “Buzzin” and “Corona and Lime.” In 2010 Adler started his own label, Bananabeat Records,—eventually releasing both “Aloha EP” and the full length album version on October 23rd, 2012 during his lengthy Fall Tour…
