The Rock chose Sammy Johnson’s song “Sleepwalker” from his 2018 EP Sleepwalker as the backdrop for his IG Reel. The post finds The Rock walking down a hall in slow motion smiling and ducking under door ways.

At the time of this article, The Rock and Wills Reels have accumulated a cumulative 50 million views. Sammy Johnson thanked The Rock on his socials for not just playing his song, but for always representing Polynesian culture and art.

The multi-platinum Singer/Songwriter from New Zealand became a viral sensation with his song “Don’t Say Goodbye“, racking up over 10,000,000 views on YouTube. Sammy, who was working as a social worker at the time, made the decision to pursue music full-time. He currently sits on Island Empire’s roster alongside Common Kings, Analea Brown
