Hard to believe spring is around the corner and we’re reminded by it with some of these awesome Spring Tour announcements! One of those announcements include Tribal Seeds headlining their Spring Roots Tour w/ The Movement & Leilani Wolfgramm. Check the dates & see what the bands had to say about the upcoming tour.
Tribal Seeds continue to Represent as their new album & May 2014 release of Representing, has been a hit with fans. Being paired with The Movement on tour makes for a great reggae line up, but as the members state below, we can expect a lot of energy from both bands.
“We’ll be playing a lot of songs off the new album and will continue to bring energy and good vibes to the crowds! We look forward to receiving it back,” says Tony-Ray, Keys/Vocalist of Tribal Seeds.
The Movement followed up that sentiment as guitarist/vocalist Joshua Swain shared that “We’ve been friends with Tribal Seeds for a while and have always had a lot of respect for them as musicians.” When asked what we can expect from this tour, Joshua continued on, saying: “Expect a high energy, fun, and exciting live show. You might see one or two new faces rockin’ out on the stage, and you might just get a little taste of what the new record is going to sound like!”
The Movement just released an all acoustic album titled Beneath The Palms this past November that has fans longing for a new record. When asked further about playing newer material, Joshua explained that “We will definitely be playing some new songs on this tour. We are hitting the studio in late January to start recording our next record and would love to test out some new material in front of our fans.”
In addition to Tribal Seeds & The Movement performing new material, lets not forget that upcoming singer-songwriter Leilani Wolfgramm will be opening up the tour and our guess is we may just see some on-stage collaborations from this line-up as we saw that E.N Young of Tribal Seeds will be playing drums for Leilani Wolfgramm’s live band. The Spring Roots Tour will go from March 15th to April 18th traveling to 16 states including the US Capital Washington D.C. with 23 different cities on their 23 date Spring run. In addition to the aforementioned artists opening up the tour, Tribal Seeds will also be sharing the stage with Fortunate Youth, Aloha Radio and True Press through the end of end of April following their Spring Roots tour. Tribal Seeds will also be performing at this year’s 5th Annual California Roots Festival over memorial day weekend on May 24th. Check the dates & pick up your tickets below…
