Boston alternative, alt-pop, and reggae-rock rising stars The Elovaters return with their new single
“Bills To Pay”, a sharp, melodic cut that balances sun-soaked groove with everyday urgency. Known for pairing laid-back rhythms with introspective songwriting, the band continues to refine a sound that feels both radio-ready and emotionally grounded.
The release follows a major breakout year for the group. In 2023, The Elovaters dropped their acclaimed album Endless Summer, which featured appearances from Little Stranger and Surfer Girl. The record helped cement their place in the modern reggae-rock landscape, blending pop-forward hooks with a live-band energy that translates seamlessly on stage.
Since then, the band has stayed in constant motion. They recently wrapped a tour alongside
Rebelution, followed by their own 19-date headlining run that showcased their growing draw as a top-billed act. That momentum carries straight into 2026, as The Elovaters kick off an expansive 27-date headlining tour beginning January 21.
The tour includes a hometown milestone with two nights at MGM Music Hall in Boston, before culminating in another career-defining moment: their first-ever headlining performance at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado this May.
With “Bills To Pay,” The Elovaters continue to strike the balance that’s fueled their rise, music that sounds effortless on the surface, but carries the weight of real life underneath. It’s a confident step forward from a band clearly entering its next chapter.
