Whether you love him or hate him, Snoop Lion, the reincarnated reggae alter ego of Snoop Dogg, has released two brand NEW tracks from his upcoming album Reincarnated. Both songs feature Major Lazer and have very special guest vocalists featured! One of the guest vocalists just recently worked with Slightly Stoopid! Find out who, inside!
The follow up to November’s release of “La La La” is titled “Here Comes The King.” The second taste of new Snoop Lion music features vocals from Angela Hunte along with the production of the track coming courtesy of Major Lazer, as well as Ariel Rechtshaid, and 6Blocc.
If you happened to read the name Angela Hunte, and that name sounds familiar, it’s because you have heard her before. Known for the initial creation of the Pop hit ”Empire State Of Mind,” the female singer-songwriter was recently featured on “Mona June,” a favored track off reggae jam band, Slightly Stoopid’s new album Top Of The World.
“Lighters Up” is the latest sneak peak from Snoop, as the legendary artist enlisted the help of Mavado and Popcaan for the song, “Lighters Up”, which is taken from the forthcoming LP Reincarnated.
