Apple i-tunes awarded The Holdup as Best New Reggae Artist for 2010. The Pier caught up with Clev Stiles of The Holdup for a quick statement in regards to the award:
We’re pretty excited about the honor and were actually on the NBC News show announcing the big news. We almost walked away with 2 awards. We came in 2nd place for best album of 2010, but i’ll take best new artist any day!
