Nominated for Live Artist of the Year via The 2014 Pier Awards, Iration will be hitting the road this winter alongside Artist of the Year nominee with Stick Figure! Opening up Iration’s Tales From The Sea winter tour will be Florida’s own, Hours Eastly.
Iration will be playing a slew of shows leading up to the start of the Tales From the Sea Tour that officially kicks off February 13th. Leading up to that show, Iration will kick off the New Year Dec 31st at the Catalyst in Santa Cruz, CA with The Expanders and The Wheeland Bros. Their first show of 2015 will be at the The Cave in Big Bear, CA on January 2nd before heading to Anchorage, Alaska on January 8th to perform at the Bear Tooth Theatre and Pub. January 16th & 17th will see the group performing in Guam and on the 17th, they’ll share the stage with Fortunate Youth and Josh Heinrichs at the Trenchfest.
Iration will take about a month off from touring before beginning their 29 date Tales From the Sea tour that goes from February 13 to May 2nd, 2015. They’ll be performing in 29 different cities inside 20 different states. With rumors of a 2015 album release, we anticipate some new songs, blended with old fan favorites throughout the tour.
Also expecting a new album in 2015 is Stick Figure and one can only anticipate new songs being performed live. Between Iration & Stick Figure’s original approach towards Reggae, we’re also excited to see Hours Eastly being introduced to most of the nation as they bring their own Surf-Rock Reggae influence to the mix, making this line up & tour a heavy dose of Reggae!
