Law Records’ Ballyhoo! has officially been added to 311’s first ever multi-day music festival! The festival will feature two stages with a line up of groups that would be worth flying out to from anywhere in the world! Festival organizer & headliner, 311 will play 4 sets (2 on Friday and 2 on Saturday). And for the first time ever, 311 will play their album TRANSISTOR in its entirety!
The Pier caught up with Howi Spangler of Ballyhoo! Here’s what he told The Pier about being added to the festival:
“We’re pumped over here. People have been asking us for months if we’re playing and we’ve had to keep it a secret. Really stoked on the line up, we didn’t know anything. The 311 team asked us back when it was announced and of course, we were honored and willing. They are one of our favorite bands since we were kids, they always put on a great show! And seeing “Transistor” front to back will be epic for me personally. It’s inspiring to see those guys coming up with new ways to bring their fans together. It shows they really care.”
