After much hype, anticipation & with just a couple of weeks until their inaugural East Coast event, the California Roots organizers have released the complete schedule to one of the biggest Reggae-Rock events on this side of the country, the Carolina Sessions!
Commended throughout the past few years on their success with the California Roots Festival, Jeff Monser and Dan Sheehan are now set to spread their talent from west to east coast. The California Roots producers have worked hard in the past to create an unique event that exemplifies Reggae-Rock music, and the California culture that popularized the genre.
The Carolina Sessions will be the first event of its kind on the East Coast, allowing fortunate fans on the east coast to enjoy an intimate festival experience, one that is certain to have similar vibes carry across the nation.
Announced back in July, the producers of the West Coast festival are bringing the party to Wilmington, North Carolina on October 26th at Battleship Park. A one-day celebration of The California Roots Reggae and Rock lifestyle, the producers have delivered a line-up of 12 excellent national and regional Reggae-Rock acts that are sure to impress a positive group of approximately 5,000 concert goers from all along the eastern seaboard.
The event is jammed packed with artist performing back-to-back across 2 stages, amazingly with no acts overlapping! Kicking off with Signal Fire at 11:25 am on the Battleship Stage, fans can be sure they will enjoy a full 12-hour day of live music, ending with headliner SOJA, playing the Cali Carolina Stage until 11:30pm.
