Singer/songwriter Ethan Tucker has announced the kick-off of his 2012 summer tour, slated to begin July 22nd at the 1230 Room in Olympia, WA. The tour will consist of 13 shows spanning across 3 states in the upper mid-west.
For those lucky enough to catch one of the live appearances, Michael 
Franti & Spearhead will be accompanying Tucker on stage for 4 of the August shows, with Ziggy Marley along side them on the August28th.
The concerts will be taking place at a variety of venues, some small and some larger, providing a different atmosphere for performers and attendees alike at each show.
When speaking with The Pier, Tucker has said what an experience it will be sharing the stage with Franti:
“First off I want to give a shout out and send my love to my good friends at Silverback Music & Management! It is such an honor to be performing with Michael Franti & Ziggy Marley, musicians who have shaped and influenced my style since before I even started writing music! I’m definitely going to be doing some more touring as the release for my album approaches and of course after it is released. Can’t wait to see all the lovely faces on the road!”
Franti also produced several tracks on Ethan Tucker’s new album titled ”Misunderstood”, which has no concrete release date. So keep an eye out for ”Misunderstood” in the coming weeks and if your in the area, catch Ethan Tucker live in concert on his 2012 Summer Tour!
