Dirty Heads started things off in a cloud of smoke as they serenaded the crowd with the mean green anthem “Franco Eyed” off of their new album Sound of Change. The foot stomping beat and head nodding lyrics sparked the perfect recipe for the headlining act. This is an awesome song about partying, raging and having a good time. It’s dubbed in tribute of actor James Franco’s character “Saul” in the movie Pineapple Express due to his squinty red eyes! “Rollin Franco Eyed” is a new term Dirty Heads hope catches on!
Their stage presence seemed to be elevated with the newest addition to their live set with a huge Dirty Heads banner that towered the stage. More than that, this is the first time that Dirty Heads have toured with a new lighting system. Duddy B was bragging about this new experience in a recent interview with 91X as he guaranteed that new & longtime fans alike would be in for a new live experience at their show.
