The Bandits began their encore with the first track from Gemini, Her Majesty called “Ruby Cumulous.” After the song, Matt Embree got on the microphone:
“Most of you probably don’t know but today is Joe Troy, our handsome lovely bass player’s birthday” to a loud cheer. “He loves playing this song and we love playing this song. I don’t know if any band has ever done this but I am going to dedicate our song to you” and they continued to rock with what is probably the best song from the 2003 release The Resignation, called “Decrescendo”.
All of Neumo’s erupted into a family style dance-mosh party with the giant “R” and “X” illuminating the entire place.
