Long Beach Dub Allstars frontman Opie Ortiz has once again partnered with SRH Clothing for an exclusive limited-edition art drop after his previous “Waves and Skulls” drop sold out within minutes.
This new drop is on sale now at www.SRH.com and gives two lucky people a chance to get an original piece of art from Ortiz as there are two one-of-a-kind hand-painted original art pieces from his “Skull and Waves” painting series. The two original paintings are 16×20 and entitled “Till Death Do Us Part” and “Skeletone”.
The new drop also gives 30 lucky people a chance to get a fine art print of “Till Death Do Us Part” and “Skeletone”. Both prints are 16×20 in size, printed on Fine Art paper, and have all been numbered/signed by the artist himself.
“The first collab we did with SRH sold out in minutes and some fans were bummed they didn’t get the chance to grab a print or one of the original pieces, so we decided to create a new drop with two new pieces,” said Opie Ortiz. “ This is your chance to own some cool O.G paintings, and these rad limited art prints, so make sure you cop it before it sells out.”
Opie Ortiz is a legendary figure in the West Coast reggae scene, fans know him as the frontman for Long Beach Dub Allstars, and he’s also a painter and tattoo artist, who designed the iconic “Sublime Sun” artwork decades ago.Founding Long Beach Dub Allstars out of the ashes of Sublime following Brad’s tragic passing with original Sublime members Eric Wilson and Bud, as well as Ras 1, Ras MG and Miguel from Skunk Records, Opie has helped usher in the next generation of rock-reggae. Last year, Long Beach Dub Allstars returned with a new self-titled album that debuted at #1 on the Billboard Reggae Album Chart and Opie released his debut solo album Sound Sensation Vol. 1 under the Opie & Family moniker.
