Theraputic includes 13 total tracks with 4 guest appearances from Lutan Fyah, Vaughn Benjamin (of Midnite), Taranchyla & Earl 16. This is his first full length release since his 2011 self-titled record & “Got It Right Here” is one of the new albums top jams & first single.
Here’s what Ziggi Recado had to say about song, “Got It Right Here”:
“Got It Right Here was recorded on St.Eustatius. One of the smallest islands in the Caribbean. It was part of the entire project I did with Zion I Kings. It was one of the many riddims I had to work with during my 5 month stay in the Caribbean. I recorded the entire album between December and March. ‘Got It Right Here’ was a tune done somewhere in the middle of the process. It’s the lead single for the ‘Therapeutic’ album & The video has already been shot and will be released soon”

Ziggi Recado Background:
Growing up on the Caribbean island of St. Eustatius, the young Ricardo Blijden was given the nickname Ziggi by his grandparents who raised him. In 1999 Ziggi Recado moved to the Netherlands to study. Through the influence of friends who were aspiring artists, Ziggi began experimenting with music around 2001/2002. This gradually grew into a hobby that he had a natural talent for. In 2003 Ziggi was signed to Rock(N)Vibes entertainment which became Ziggi’s first Label/Management. Now in 2014, Ziggi will release his fourth studio album, Theraputic.
With outstanding performances on major European festivals and venues like Roskilde (Denmark), Lowlands (Netherlands), Festineuch (Switserland), Coleur Café (Belgium), Cabaret Sauvage (France) and Super Bock Fest (Portugal), Ziggi Recado proves once again that he is amongst the world’s top reggae acts.
