Rebelution Releases 5th Song!

After four previous FREE downloads from Rebelution’s upcoming Peace of Mind triple album release, today marks the fifth consecutive week of FREE music from the Santa Barbara reggae jam band.

Previously released songs from Peace of Mind include all three versions (Studio version, Dub remix and Acoustic) of “Sky Is The Limit”, “Meant To Be” featuring Jacob Hemphill from SOJA, “Closer I Get”, and “Good Vibes” featuring Jamaican dancehall sensation Lutan Fyah.

Tuesday’s release is titled “Comfort Zone” and is available for FREE at RebelutionMusic.com. With each week, the anticipation grows for the official album release on January 10th 2012 through 87 Music with exclusive distribution through partner Controlled Substance Sound Labs.

As each week goes by, Rebelution continues to be in the giving back mentality with their fans and their new, previously unreleased music. The collaboration efforts featured on this album, both as producers and artists have to excite fans for the forthcoming release.

Along with the aforementioned Jacob Hemphill and Lutan Fyah, while recording Peace of Mind, Rebelution expanded their sound, utilizing collaboration sessions with renowned producers Michael Goldwasser (Easy Star All-Stars), Amplive (Zion-I), Yeti Beats (Kool Keith, George Clinton), Keith Armstrong and Errol Brown (Stephen, Ziggy, Damian, and Bob Marley).

All of these released tracks to the masses will certainly intensify Rebelution’s tour following the New Year. On January 11th, Rebelution is set to embark on a three-month tour across the continental United States supporting the Peace of Mind album release, kicking off in Albany, NY, with big city stops in Boston, New York City, Orlando, New Orleans, Las Vegas, Denver and a plethora of cities everywhere in between. Rebelution will be teaming up with island sensations The Green, who come courtesy of Easy Star Records, as well as hip-hop infused supporting acts The Grouch and Pep Love.

Tickets for the Peace of Mind tour are already on sale. Along with the joy of picking up a ticket, with every online ticket purchase, fans will receive a FREE download of a twelve-track tour sampler featuring three songs from each of the four bands joining the tour, including an unreleased Rebelution song from their highly-anticipated Peace of Mind album.
