Cali Vibes returns this weekend to Marina Green Park in Long Beach Feb 17th – 19th with an insanely stacked lineup. Cali Vibes is a premiere reggae and California lifestyle festival that celebrates the connection of its community through good vibes, great atmosphere, and an incredible lineup.
Katastro’s Andy Chaves Tribute
One of the coolest things about this year’s line-up is a special performance from Katastro, paying tribute to frontman Andy James Chaves who tragically passed away in a car accident earlier this year. To carry out their set Katastro has enlisted an all-star line-up that will include members of Dirty Heads, Sublime with Rome, Iration, Common Kings, and Artikal Sound System.
Kabaka Pyramid
Kingston-born reggae star Kabaka Pyramid is having a breakout year, after taking home the Grammy this year for “Best Reggae” album. Kabaka is one of a handful of artists bringing positivity back into the genre. His messages of consciousness are more powerful than ever on his third album, ‘The Kalling‘.

Common Kings are one of the premiere “must-see artists on the scene today. Their live energy mixed thier unique flavor of rock, reggae, pop, and island influences make it more than just a concert; it’s an experience. All those factors make Common Kings one of the groups you cannot miss at Cali Vibes this year.
Long Beach Dub Allstars
Today’s generation of reggae-rock fans may not fully understand much the influence Long Beach Dub Allstars had on the reggae-rock genre’s sound, but these legends must be experienced live. Frontman Opie Ortiz commands the attention of any audience, as they jam out with some intoxicating irie sounds. Any old school fans that were around to witness that whole early Warped Tour and MySpace era’ of rock-reggae will know that this set is something you cannot miss.
Method Man & Redman
Redman and Method Man are hip-hop legends. The How High duo bring down the house every time they step on stage. Performing hit after hit from both of their iconic catalogs, (And hopefully some Wu Tang and Hit Squad tunes as well!) Red and Meths energy is infectious and is definitely a must see this year!

Hawaii’s own HIRIE are having a breakout year touring behind their recently released genre-bending fourth studio album ‘Mood Swing’. Frontwoman Trish Jetton commands your attention from the moment she hits the stage and doesn’t relinquish until the last note is struck.
