The California Roots Crew have officially announced the initial details for the 5th annual California Roots Festival. This is not to be confused with the Carolina Sessions taking place in October. This will be for May 2014 – Lets check the newly released details…
California Roots has become a household name for reggae-rock lovers on the West Coast and beyond over the last 4 years. The festival has seen incredible growth since the beginning. In 2013 the festival featured with headliners Slightly Stoopid, Rebelution and Matisyahu and was the first year that it sold out in ADVANCE!
2014’s California Roots Festival will once again take place Memorial Day weekend, May 23rd, 24th and 25th at the Monterey County Fairgrounds. Promising 3 full days of excellent music, festival organizers have now announced dates when tickets will go on sale.

Though the artist announcement for the festival has not been made, an initial round of tickets will go on sale October 15 for fans that have some faith that the Cali Roots organizers will deliver the goods.
The first artist announcement will be made October 28th and early bird tickets will go on sale November 4th.
