Last week the California Roots team announced a killer line-up for their first event on the East coast. Now, the festival headliner and final round of the artists performing at The Carolina Sessions have been announced!
Set to include two live stages, The Carolina Sessions will offer a roster of national and regional live music acts spanning both the West and East coasts. So far the bill is packed with some of Reggae-Rocks favorite acts including Dirty Heads, Tribal Seeds, Ballyhoo, Passafire, The Movement, Fear Nuttin Band, Fortuate Youth, and Signal Fire .
Now, adding to an already impressive line-up, 3 acts from the West coast have been announced, Hawaii’s Natural Vibrations, Nahko & Medicine for the People of Oregon, and Californian by way of Philly, Mike Pinto.
Also announced, rounding out the bill, the headliner, for the 2013 California Roots Carolina Sessions will be America’s own international Reggae ambassadors, SOJA!
A one-day inaugural celebration of The California Roots rock and reggae lifestyle, The Carolina Sessions will be the first event of its kind on the East Coast, hosting all these artist in one venue, for one day. The producers have delivered a line-up that will impress, and The Pier is very excited as The Carolina Sessions is shaping up to be one big Reggae party at Battleship Park in Wilmington, North Carolina on October 26th.
Tickets for the event will go on sale Thursday, August 1st.
