The Dry Diggings Festival is the brainchild of Jeff Monser, founder of the California Roots Music and Arts Festival. The festival takes place at the base of the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountain range just 45-miles east of Sacramento and 65-miles west of South Lake Tahoe. The festival’s vision is to create a unique music and lifestyle festival experience, where fans come together and enjoy camping, music and some of the finest craft brews in the region. Dry Diggings has hosted some of the top names in reggae- rock, and hip-hop, including Rebelution, the Dirty Heads, Tribal Seeds, The Expendables, Fortunate Youth, J Boog, Stick Figure and countless others.
“Our goal for Dry Diggings Festival is to create a unique event, where everyone feels welcome. We’ve built the foundation around a backyard party atmosphere and have something for everyone, with camping, outdoor activities, beer tasting, incredible music and more,” says Dry Diggings founder Jeff Monser.
