Flatbush Zombies’ Meechy Darko and Zombie Juice Launch 2DEAD BOYZ With New Single “Tunnel Vision”

Members of Flatbush Zombies are branching into a new collaborative project. Co-founders Meechy Darko and Zombie Juice have introduced their new duo 2DEAD BOYZ, debuting the project with the single “Tunnel Vision.”

The track is produced by their longtime collaborator and fellow Flatbush Zombies member Erick the Architect, keeping the creative core of the Brooklyn collective intact.

“Tunnel Vision” showcases the same psychedelic and hard-edged hip-hop style that helped define Flatbush Zombies’ rise during the 2010s. Built around a dark, atmospheric beat from Erick the Architect, the song features dense lyricism and the gritty vocal interplay that Meechy Darko and Zombie Juice have become known for.

Since emerging from Brooklyn’s underground rap scene, Flatbush Zombies have cultivated a dedicated fanbase through projects like 3001: A Laced Odyssey and their collaborations within the Beast Coast collective alongside artists such as Joey Bada$$ and The Underachievers.

The launch of 2DEAD BOYZ marks a new creative chapter for Meechy Darko and Zombie Juice while maintaining ties to the original Flatbush Zombies sound.

The duo will also take the project on the road later this year, joining Freddie Gibbs for select dates on his upcoming The Last Rabbit Tour, which begins in May.

With “Tunnel Vision,” 2DEAD BOYZ signal that the psychedelic and experimental energy that defined Flatbush Zombies remains alive, even as the members explore new directions.
