Genre-defying singer-songwriter Lilikoi HN, now 15, has released her latest single, “Fool” a raw and emotionally charged track produced by Lewis Richards and recorded at the renowned 17th Street Recording Studio in Costa Mesa, California on April 4, 2025.
Blending soulful vocals with atmospheric production, “Fool” captures the vulnerability of heartbreak and self-reflection with stunning clarity.
The track features a powerful collaboration with acclaimed musicians: Nick Sabia on vocals and keys, Jamey ‘Zeb’Dekofsky (of Tribal Seeds) on drums, and legendary producer and pianist Ronnie King, whose past credits include work with Tupac Shakur, The Offspring, Mariah Carey, and Snoop Dogg. Their combined artistry, paired with Richards’ signature production style, adds emotional richness and layered depth to Lilikoi’s compelling songwriting.
This release marks a bold new chapter in her musical evolution. At just 13 years old, she debuted with “Tuesday Summer Vibes” in 2023, also recorded at 17th Street with Richards. That track introduced audiences to her vibrant, ukulele-driven melodies and emotionally resonant vocals—earning her early recognition as a standout young talent.
Since then, Lilikoi HN has continued to build momentum. She’s performed at notable events and venues, including the Lunar Vibes Festival on O‘ahu, Pachamama’s 15th Anniversary in Costa Rica, the Super American Circus Hawaii Tour at the Neal S. Blaisdell Arena in Honolulu, and surf legend Joey Cabell’s iconic Chart House Waikiki. While studying abroad, she also performed at the Johnson Sessions at Millfield Music in Somerset, England—showcasing her original music to an international audience of students and educators. She’s also been honored to sing Hawai‘i Pono‘? and the U.S. National Anthem at major sporting events in her home state.
Lilikoi is currently finishing her year at Millfield School in England, where she has been part of the music and sports program with access to their in-house recording studio. She
will return home to O‘ahu at the end of June 2025 to continue writing, recording, and performing in Hawaii’s vibrant creative community.
