Little Stranger are back with their new single “My Own Parade,” continuing the duo’s steady rise as one of the most unpredictable and genre-blurring acts operating in the alternative space right now.
Hailing from South Carolina by way of Philadelphia, Little Stranger have built a reputation around a sound that refuses to sit still. Pulling from indie, hip hop, alternative rock, funk, and electronic influences, the group thrives on sharp songwriting, offbeat charisma, and a DIY energy that feels equally suited for packed clubs and major festival stages.
“My Own Parade” arrives as another step forward in that evolution. While details surrounding the full track remain limited ahead of release, the title alone fits naturally within the duo’s self-aware and often rebellious creative identity. Their music has consistently balanced humor, introspection, and left-turn production choices, creating songs that feel both playful and emotionally grounded at the same time.
The timing of the release also comes as Little Stranger continue expanding their live footprint in a major way. The duo already has an impressive slate of 2026 festival appearances lined up, including sets at Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival, SweetWater 420 Fest, Northlands Music & Arts Festival, and EVERWILD Music Festival.
On top of that, the group recently announced a major summer headlining tour featuring a stacked supporting lineup including Tropidelic, Wax, Jarv, and Damn Skippy. The run further highlights Little Stranger’s unique position within the modern alternative ecosystem, comfortably bridging indie crowds, hip hop audiences, jam scenes, and reggae-adjacent fans without fully belonging to any one category.
