Illusions Background:
This is Marlon Asher’s 3rd studio album with an outstanding production team that includes Don Corleon, Chris “Digital Chris” Elliot, John Cardinali and Yeti Beats. Lyrically, the album is spiritually driven, shaded with soul & smooth reggae riddims. The album features a guest appearance by Pressure on track 4 with the song “See Me Through”.
“Babylon Brutality” was produced by Josh Cardinali as Marlon Asher speaks about police brutality towards ghetto youths, while singing about the different scenarios of Babylon injustice and urges ghetto youths to persevere despite the injustices.

Mr. Marlon Asher, the “Ganja Farmer” or “Cowboy” affectionately known to his friends is a native Trinidadian and is the first reggae sensation out of Trinidad & Tobago. Marlon chose the name “Asher” which was derived from the 12 tribes of Israel and is the tribe that represents December; the spirit of Christ. Marlon Asher’s talent and ingenuity was released to the world in 2004 through his break through smash hit “Ganja Farmer” which swept Trinidad & Tobago and quickly took over the Caribbean and spread to the United States, Africa and Europe!
To date, Mr. Asher has toured all over the world.
