Protoje has released his latest single, “Goddess,” a collaboration with Jamaican dancehall star Shenseea, continuing the rollout of his forthcoming album The Art of Acceptance, due April 17 via Ineffable Records in partnership with his In.Digg.Nation Collective.
The track brings together two of Jamaica’s most recognizable contemporary voices, pairing Protoje’s introspective lyricism with Shenseea’s melodic and commanding delivery. The result is a polished blend of reggae, dancehall, and modern crossover influences that reflects both artists’ evolving global reach.
“Goddess” is produced by Winta James, a longtime collaborator of Protoje and a key architect of his signature sound. James previously produced standout records like “Who Knows” and “Switch It Up,” helping define Protoje’s fusion of roots reggae with hip hop, soul, and jazz textures.
That same sonic approach carries into “Goddess,” where clean production and layered instrumentation support a dynamic vocal exchange between Protoje and Shenseea.
“Goddess” marks the fourth single released from The Art of Acceptance. The album is set to feature a strong lineup of collaborators including Damian Marley, Masicka, Stephen Marley, Jesse Royal, and Pressure Busspipe.
The project’s first three singles, “BIG 45,” “Feel It,” and “At We Feet,” have already surpassed 12 million combined streams across digital platforms, signaling strong momentum leading into the album release.
