Railroad Earth have released their new single “Cameras,” featuring Lindsay Lou.
The celebrated New Jersey septet have spent the last 25 years building one of the most dedicated followings in the roots, bluegrass, Americana, and jam scenes. Known for their expansive live shows and deep connection with fans, Railroad Earth continue to mark their anniversary year with new music and another stretch of touring.
“Cameras” brings the band together with Lindsay Lou, adding another strong voice to a catalog built around thoughtful songwriting, rich musicianship, and a sound that has always lived comfortably between traditional roots music and exploratory live energy. The single arrives as Railroad Earth continue to celebrate a major milestone in their career, reflecting both the band’s history and their continued forward motion.
Over the years, Railroad Earth have become a fixture on the live circuit, selling out respected venues including Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado, while also helping build lasting festival traditions of their own. The band launched the long-running Hangtown Music Festival in Placerville, California, as well as Hillberry: The Harvest Moon Festival in Ozark, Arkansas, both of which have become staples for fans of roots and jam-driven music.
The release of “Cameras” follows a recently completed 21-date headlining tour, with the band already back on the road for another run of shows. That momentum speaks to what has kept Railroad Earth going for a quarter century: a commitment to the stage, to the songs, and to the community that has grown around them.
With “Cameras,” Railroad Earth add another new chapter to their 25th anniversary year, pairing their road-tested sound with Lindsay Lou for a release that should connect with longtime fans and new listeners alike.
