Stick Figure has announced that they will be embarking on a 46 date tour in support of their new album Set In Stone. Joining them on tour will be Fortunate Youth, Katastro and Jamaica’s Raging Fyah. They have also premiered a brand-new music video for new song “Smiles on Faces”…
After the Nov. 13th release of Stick Figure’s latest album Set In Stone the group will hit the road from Jan. 14th – April 17th, 2016 on a tour that will stretch 20+ states across 46 total dates. Fortunate Youth will be main support for the entire tour while Katastro will open up the first leg of the tour while Ragin Fyah opens up the second leg.
Fortunate Youth will be playing direct support the entire tour while still promoting their May 5th, 2015 record of Don’t Think Twice. Katastro is said to be releasing a new album via Pepper’s Law Records sometime in 2016 as Jamaica’s Ragin Fyah is also expected to drop a new record in the spring time, titled Everlasting. Lots of great new music to be heard from this line up in addition to an all new rumored Stick Figure set and light show. So even if you’ve seen Stick Figure recently, this will mean an all new visual and audio experience!
The good news doesn’t stop there as Stick Figure has also released their 3rd ever music video for the song “Smiles on Faces”. Premiered at The Pier, the video captures the group on Haight St. in San Francisco, CA alongside a group of dedicated Stick Figure fans. The music video was filmed and edited by Sam Medina and directed by Josue Rivas.
The song, “Smiles on Faces”, features Stick Figure keyboard player KBong on vocals and is one of four guest appearances on the record along with Kyle McDonald of Slightly Stoopid, Eric Rachmany of Rebelution and Collie Buddz.
