Official Cali Roots Lineup Announced!

Today, marks the third and final round of artist announcements for the 4th annual California Roots Music and Arts Festival. With some of the biggest names in the Reggae-Rock genre already announced like Slightly Stoopid, The Dirty Heads, Rebelution, the announcement today completes the full lineup!

For those that are unaware, the California Roots Music and Arts Festival takes place in Monterey, California at the Monterey County Fairgrounds on three different stages. Well, last year there were three separate stages. This year, with all the artists lined up for the 4th annual ‘Cali Roots’ Festival, the previously hosted two-day event expanded to three full days of music. The talent level has been raised for another Memorial Day weekend spent listening to Reggae-Rock music from all over the globe.

This year’s lineup does not only consist of local California based bands and artists gracing the stage, some of the biggest names from Jamaica, New Zealand, Hawaii and the east coast will be traveling to the Golden State on May 24th, 2013. The 4th Annual California Roots Music and Arts Festival will feature international artists like, Don Carlos, Collie Buddz, Katchafire and Rootz Underground, as well as the top-tier American acts.

The latest announcements welcome the additions of Santa Cruz, California’s The Expendables, who will be returning to Cali Roots for their third performance, Tribal Seeds, Stick Figure, The Wheeland Brothers, Naia Kete, the Codi Jordan Band and Huntington Beach’s Pacific Dub, as well as the aforementioned Katchafire from New Zealand.
