Slightly Stoopid will host another year of their fan-favorite winter destination vacation, Closer to the Sun, this weekend at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya on December 7th through 11th.
This year the event will feature multiple performances by Dirty Heads, Stick Figure, Pepper, Steel Pulse, Common Kings, The Movement, Little Stranger, DENM, and The Skints. Notably, Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe will also stake the stage with members of Slightly Stoopid for a special tribute to the Beastie Boys.
Since its inception, the event has created a close-knit community of “friends like you” who come for the music and stay for the beachside winds – making for a gathering that quickly sells out.
Closer to the Sun will set guests up with opportunities to explore the Caribbean coastline that exists in the oasis that is Riviera Maya, located between Playa del Carmen and Tulum.
