Demrick & Scoop DeVille Keep GREEN NOI$E Rolling With “Wreck That”

Demrick and Scoop DeVille continue building toward their collaborative album GREEN NOI$E with “Wreck That,” the latest single from the West Coast duo, out now via Ineffable Records.

The track marks the fifth single in the rollout for GREEN NOI$E, a project bringing together Demrick’s established West Coast perspective with Scoop DeVille in an expanded role that puts the veteran producer behind the microphone as well as behind the boards.

It is a notable shift for an artist whose production résumé already stretches across generations of hip-hop. Scoop DeVille has built his reputation through production credits including Kendrick Lamar and Dr. Dre’s “The Recipe,” Kendrick Lamar and Drake’s “Poetic Justice,” and Fat Joe and Jeezy’s “(Ha Ha) Slow Down.” On GREEN NOI$E, however, Scoop is not simply supplying the production framework for another rapper. The collaborative format gives him room to operate alongside Demrick as an artist in his own right.

For Demrick, the partnership fits naturally into a career deeply connected to West Coast hip-hop. The pair have been gradually establishing the identity of GREEN NOI$E throughout 2026.

That rollout began publicly with “Southern California,” featuring Xzibit and Fingazz, in June. July brought “I Got What You Like” featuring DEV, followed by “Slow Down” with Travie McCoy in August and “Woop Woop” in September. “Wreck That” now keeps the monthly run intact as the fifth advance release.

The forthcoming album widens that circle further. GREEN NOI$E is set to feature appearances from Cypress Hill, Xzibit, Travie McCoy, DEV, Psycho Les and more, bringing together artists whose careers touch multiple eras and styles of hip-hop.

There is already plenty of history connecting the people involved. Demrick has long worked alongside B-Real and Xzibit as part of the hip-hop supergroup Serial Killers, while Scoop DeVille produced the group’s latest album in its entirety. “Wreck That” arrives as the newest piece of that project and keeps the focus squarely on the Demrick-Scoop partnership as they move closer to unveiling the complete record.

“Wreck That” is out now via Ineffable Records.
